I use a variety of platforms (usually Google Meet or Doxy.me, sometimes Zoom) which offer multiple layers of protection and are HIPAA compliant. You (and only you) can enter the session at your assigned time when let in by the host.  Privacy is enhanced by end to end data encryption.
